    • The Spanish Town Ladies Auxiliary will be holding their Second Annual Bowling Fundraiser on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at 10:00 AM.  It will cost you $20.00 per person ($100 per team).  This Includes:  3 games of 9 pin No-Tap (knock down 9 pins – it counts as a STRIKE!) rental shoes, fresh made pizza and soft drinks.

     

    ALL PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT STLA CHARITIES 

     

    Spanish Town Ladies Auxiliary would like to extend an invitation to all Krewe of members and

    friends who would like to join us for a morning of bowling.  This will be the Second Annual Bowling Fundraiser,

    Please contact Jennette A.S.A.P. so that we can insure that lanes will be available.

     

    There will also be raffles and door prizes and one of a kind trophies!!

    Circle bowl will also have their bar open and serving drinks during the bowling event.

     

    Last year the event quickly filled up 16 lanes and everyone had a good time.

    This will be an indoors event so weather will not be a factor and a cool place to be on a HOT day

    It is only $20 per person or $100 for a 5 man team.

     

    We will need to collect the money by June 25th.

  • February 28, 2008

    • The Annual SPLL Meeting, Parade Awards and Charitable Donations will be held Wednesday, March 19th, at 7:00 pm.  It will be at Boudreaux and Thibodeaux's, 214 Third Street (Downtown Baton Rouge).  Everyone is invited to attend.
    • The 2009 Spanish Town Mardi Gras Ball will be January 31st at 7:00 PM and The 2009 Spanish Town Mardi Gras Parade will be February 21 at 12:00 Noon.
  • February 04, 2008

    • Photos of the 2008 Spanish Town Mardi Gras Parade have been posted in the Photos section of the website.  Parade Photos
    • More photos will be posted as they are submitted, keep checking back.  If you have great photos you'd like to share please submit them.  Instruction for submitting are at the bottom of the Photo Section.
    • The SPLL Board Members allow existing Krewes to re-enter the Parade each year. If there are openings for new Krewes for the 2009 season an announcement will then be made on the website giving instructions on how/when new Krewe applications will be taken. SPLL Board Members will then choose from the applicants and fill any open positions.  Join our Newsletter to stay up-to-date on important news.
    • More 2008 Spanish Town Mardi Gras T-Shirts and Tank Tops have been added to the Online Store.
