(Print and mark your table to help find your location at the Ball.)

Table Decorating:  You can decorate your tables before the ball, times will be announced.  No one is allowed in the loading dock area without a pass.  You can drop off your things in the front then go park in the B-2 Garage.  The tables are 6 feet in diameter (round).  You may bring your ice chest at the time of decorating and store them underneath the table, no Styrofoam allowed.  Please keep in mind there will be no utilities (electricity) available for decorations on your table, plan accordingly.  No stapling into the tables or table clothes.  You will not be allowed to have open flames or helium balloons.  Also keep in mind that you can't use anything that would pose a fire or safety hazard, get creative.

There will be NO Kegs or Portable Bars allowed!  You are allowed to bring your ice chest with your "drink of choice" and food, no Styrofoam containers allowed inside the hall.  There will be a cash bar, your table will be supplied with ice buckets and kept refilled.  If you have a drink of choice, none alcoholic included, bring it with you to avoid "cash bar" prices.

Re-admittance:  The River Center is a smoke free building.  There will be re-admittance to the Ball so you can go outside to River Road or upstairs to the Parking Garage level to smoke, however there is a No Drinking Ordinance in the city which will be enforced, no drinks will be allowed outside.

Parking:  Paid parking will be available in the two adjacent Parking Garages (East Garage and West Garage), street parking is also available around Beauregard Town.
